Seeks speedy allotment, timeline completion of projects KATHUA, AUGUST 30: Deputy Commissioner Kathua, Rahul Pandey today chaired a meeting to review the implementation and progress achieved under the Rural Development sector schemes in the District. The meeting was attended by the Chief Planning Officer, Assistant Commissioner Development, Assistant Commissioner Panchayat, DPO, XEN REW, BDOs, and other concerned officers. August 30: Acting tough against the elements involved in illegal extraction and transportation of minerals, Police in Budgam have arrested 05 persons and seized 05 vehicles involved in the commission of crime.   During patrolling at Utligam Budgam, a police party of PS Beerwah intercepted 05 vehicles loaded with illegally extracted sand.
