JAMMU, SEPTEMBER 12: Principal Secretary, Skill Development Department (SDD), Dr Asgar Hassan Samoon, on Monday chaired a meeting with Principals of Polytechnics Colleges of districts of Jammu and Kashmir to review status of admission process in Polytechnic Colleges across the Union Territory. Director SDD, Principal, Polytechnic College, Bikram Chowk and Principal Women Polytechnic College, Shakti Nagar, Jammu were present in the meeting while Principals of other Polytechnic Colleges attended the meeting virtually. Srinagar, 12 September 2022.   On Day 4 of its journey, the Freedom Moto Ride comprising of 75 riders, reached Kashmir from Jammu. On 11 September 2022, the thrill ride team had visited the iconic Maharaja Hari Singh Palace at Jammu, where riders were presented with Mementos in an Event to spread awareness about fitness. The Freedom Moto ride was flagged off by the Honourable Union Home Minister Shri Amit Shah on 9th September 2022 in Delhi. This is in commemoration of the theme of Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav – celebrating 75 years of India’s independence.
