Dept. of FCS&CA conducts awareness programme at Hajin

The Dept. of Food Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs (FCS&CA) in collaboration with District Administration Bandipora on Monday conducted a Consumer awareness Programme at meeting Hall MC Hajin. Assistant Director FCS&CA, Bilal Ahmad Najar presided over the programme. The objective of the programme was to raise consumer awareness among the general public and PRIs. Awareness was provided about the rights of consumers, precautions to be taken while receiving cooking-gas from the distributors, labeling norms on the pre-packaged commodities, issues of maximum retail price, online shopping etc. The programme witnessed participation of a large number of people, students and PRIs.

Department of Tribal Affairs to open Vandhan Kendras in all District of J&K UT

The Department of Tribal Affairs J&K today conducted a one-day awareness camp cum training programme at DIET District Head Quarter Kulgam Kulgam. MoS Cooperation, DoNER concludes two day visit to Anantnag; e-inaugurates ANM School

Union Minister of State for Cooperation and Development of North Eastern Region (DoNER), B L Verma, today concluded his two day tour of Anantnag. The visit was part of Centre government’s ambitious public outreach program which is aimed at to assess the ground situation and take the feedback from the public and PRIS so that corrective measures are taken remove development deficit. PM’s dream of development in J&K is becoming a reality: Hardeep S. Puri

The Union Minister for Petroleum and Natural Gas and Housing and Urban Affairs, Sh. Hardeep Singh Puri on Monday said that the Prime Minister’s commitment to the development of J&K is turning into reality and work regarding the same is in full swing.
